The Foundation
Everything I do starts with practice. Mindfulness is how I trained myself to notice the gap between what people say and what's actually happening. Compassion is what keeps that seeing honest without becoming harsh.
I'm currently completing a two-year Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Training with Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. I teach guided meditations, lead group practice, and offer dharma talks. This isn't separate from my professional work. It's the ground it grows from.

Plateau East sits in the shadow of Zomba Plateau with the best sunsets in the district. Two furnished houses, a yoga and meditation studio, permaculture gardens, solar power, Starlink, and a small team of six. It's where the ideas I believe in most become physical infrastructure.

I built safety systems across 9 countries. Grew a program from 15,000 to 62,000 farmers through COVID. Led an organizational restructuring of 80+ roles while keeping operations running. Every one of those experiences sharpened the same skill: seeing what's actually happening, not what people hope is happening.
